How SeatSignal handles your data

We collect the information needed to operate SeatSignal, including alert settings you create, basic authentication details when you sign in, and product analytics about how shoppers move through the app.

We also store operational data such as event searches, section clicks, sort changes, and outbound referral interactions so we can improve the shopping flow and debug issues.

We use your data to deliver features you ask for, like price alerts, and to improve trust, UX clarity, and reliability across the SeatSignal product.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the product, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, and email infrastructure.

When you click out to a ticket marketplace, you finish checkout on that partner's site. Their privacy policy, cookies, and checkout flow apply once you leave SeatSignal.
